Unstable work of the engine
or the termination of its work at small frequency of rotation of
a cranked shaft idling.
It can be caused following reasons:
Wrong installation of ignition;
Deposit formation on electrodes of candles or backlash increase
between them; infringement of adjustment of backlashes between and
camshaft cams;
Compression decrease;
air through linings between a head and the inlet pipeline and between
the final pipeline and the carburettor.
At first it is necessary to be convinced of serviceability of system
of ignition and the mechanism, then to check up absence of jammings
throttle and their drive, adjustment of system of idling of the
carburettor. If adjustment does not help to achieve steady work
of the engine, it is necessary to check up cleanliness of jets and
channels of system of idling of the carburettor, serviceability
compulsory idling, tightness of connections of vacuum hoses of system
EPXX and the vacuum amplifier of brakes.
After each 15 000-20 000 km of run check and tighten bolts and nuts
of fastening of an air purifier to the carburettor, the fuel pump
to the block of cylinders, the carburettor to the inlet pipeline,
inlet and final pipelines to a head of the block of cylinders, a
reception pipe of the muffler to the final pipeline, the muffler
to a body. Uncover, get filtering element of an air purifier, replace
its new. At work in the conditions of a dust content filtering element
is changed after run by of 7000-10 000 km, change the filter of
thin clearing of fuel.
